Before the Torch arrived

Here are some photos before the Olympic Torch arrived in Shotley Bridge this afternoon. I’ve never seen so many people in the village and some had taken their places 2 hours before the Torch was due to arrive just after 4pm! The sun shone occasionally but it also poured down at times.
