What a difference

What a difference a day makes. The day after I took the photos of the Christmas tree it snowed. So today I took a couple of more photos for comparison. Apart from the snow can you spot the difference?

Also, due to the cold weather and more snow in the forecast, it has been decided that the Victorian Christmas Spectacular events will be held in the Methodist Church, Front Street. The only event in the square will be the lighting of the Christmas tree, by Santa, at 4.30pm.

Hi, I lived in Riverside in Shotley Bridge for 23 years before emigrating here to West Australia in 1971. I keep in contact with people in the village, but really enjoy this site you have developed, showing photos of the new village against those I remember of old. Thank you. Eddy
